By using Forever Classic you agree to these terms. The short version: this is a free, unofficial fan site, game information can change before and after launch, and you should not rely on it for anything more serious than planning your character.
Unofficial fan project
Forever Classic is an unofficial fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. World of Warcraft and Warcraft are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc., used here only to describe the game. All data is an independent interpretation of publicly observable game information.
Accuracy of game information
WoW Forever is in development, and details Blizzard has shown can change during the beta and after launch. Every fact on the site carries a grade and a source so you can judge it for yourself, as explained on how we grade information. We check pages regularly, but we cannot promise that any page is complete, current or free of errors, and we are not responsible for decisions made on the strength of it.
Game content and trademarks
World of Warcraft, its names, icons and game data belong to Blizzard Entertainment. Game icons are shown in the talent calculator and on race and class pages only to identify the abilities being described. The site's own text, map data, design and brand belong to Forever Classic.
Tester uploads
When you upload a collector file, you confirm it came from your own play, and you give Forever Classic a free, non-exclusive, permanent licence to use the positions it contains to build and publish the map. You can ask us to remove your tester handle at any time through the contact page.
Acceptable use
- Do not copy the site's map data, graded news or calculator data in bulk, or scrape it automatically.
- Do not upload files that are not genuine game data, or try to disrupt, overload or break into the site.
- Do not use the contact form to send spam, abuse or unlawful content.
Links to other sites
Pages link to Blizzard's official announcements as sources. We are not responsible for the content of sites we link to.
Liability
The site is provided free and as it is. To the extent the law allows, Forever Classic is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions about them can be sent through the contact page.
