WoW Forever mounts and riding

WoW Forever guide, checked 2026-09-19

In WoW Forever the cost of a mount moves into riding training, as in The Burning Crusade: you pay the trainer once and your first mount comes with the skill. Developers have quoted 100 gold and 1,000 gold for the two riding levels. There is no flying, and the beta client holds about 42 new mounts.

How riding works in WoW Forever

The exact gold costs are Reported until Blizzard publishes them. Legacy's Frequent Flier perk halves flight path prices, and Leatherworkers can craft a saddle worth up to 5% mount speed; see Legacy progression and Leatherworking.
